A little lost girl wanders through the dark abyss, unknowing the direction and fearing what might be out there. Her fears led to another lost soul, a hollow boy. When both souls gazed with curiosity, everything went bright. This happened every night, strolling through the darkness and coming across the same soul. The same occurrence brought the question of why their dreams brought them together. Perhaps it was fate, or by coincidence, simply finding a friend. With the wondrous connection growing, the dark void lifted into an endless field of dandelions. A special dream of life and joy from the lonely and gloomy realities.
Of course, this could not last forever, for they had to wake and return to their realities. The feeling of not being there for each other went to the idea of desperately making the field of dreams never-ending.
This is one of my stories that I can only tell through flat illustration and short animations. The music used in the animatic is the Little Nightmare main theme reversed.
