He's one of those classic villains who want nothing but power and will show it off all day. Like announce that he is having tea with the king himself while all of his employees are working their tails off. However, if any trouble or rebellions are close by, he will squirm behind his desk and have his soldiers take care of the problem.
I love this guy so much I didn't expect to actually render this short, it was fun though. Yes, I do imagine him having a small accent for no reason. Maybe he wasn't actually born in "Murinetopia" and was from somewhere else overseas. OMG, LORE!

Apparently, his name is a german word. Originally his name was "Weiser" and it means wise man...but he ain't wise I can tell you that. I changed his name to Wieser because I wanted it close to the word Weasel.
